Asian Games 2018, Day 6 one gold & two bronze medals in Rowing
After a mixed emotional day on day 5, India rowers shined on Day 6 as they took a gold medal and two bronze medals early on for India. Dushyant Chaudhary won the bronze medal in Men’s Single Sculls Rowing, while Rohit Kumar and Bhagwan Singh too added another in Men’s Double Sculls Rowing. India then struck gold with Sawaran Singh, Dattu Baban Bhokanal Om Prakash Sukhmeet Singh in Quadruple Sculls Rowing.
Gymnast Dipa Karmakar will go for gold in the women’s Balance Beam event. Rohan Bopanna and Divij Sharan are competing in a match now in Men’s Doubles Tennis for a Gold medal. While the Indian boxers will open their account in different weight categories. India Women’s Kabaddi team will face Iran in the gold medal match. Shooters Heena Sidhu and Manu Bhaker will attempt to go for gold in Women’s 10m Air Pistol. Anish Bhanwala will also be action in Men’s 25m Rapid Fire Pistol event.
