The Asia Cup 2022 Will commence on 27th August and continue till September 11. India has its match against Pakistan on August 28 and the fans are already excited to see the arch-rivals play. A total of six teams will feature in the tournament.
Format
Group A consists of India and Pakistan and a Qualifier is yet to join whereas Group B consists of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. Two teams from each group will qualify for the Super Four. The top two teams from here will make it to the ACC event.
Where to watch Asia Cup?
Asia cup will be live telecasted on Star Sports and it can be watched online on Disney+ Hotstar.
Venues
The main two venues are Dubai International Stadium and Sharjah Cricket Stadium. Three matches will be played in Sharjah whereas the rest of the games will be played in the Dubai stadium. Dubai International Stadium is high scoring whereas Sharjah will provide an advantage to the spinners.
