Juventus are trying to offload Arthur Melo before the end of the transfer window. The player has been excluded from their squad, as his future remains uncertain. Max Allegri confirmed the current situation of the midfielder in a press conference, stating:
“We’re not including Arthur Melo in the squad as there are transfer rumours about his future, he’s also not 100% fit”.
The Brazilian has been deemed surplus to requirements, amidst the various options available in central midfield right now. And, the club is trying to find a solution to part ways with him.

The Italians are also in talks with Manchester United for the transfer of Adrien Rabiot. The Frenchman was close to terminating his contract with the Bianconeri a few weeks ago. But now, United have stepped in to sign him for a fee worth €17-18 million.
Currently, personal terms are being discussed between the sporting director, John Murtough and Rabiot’s agent and mother, Veronique. Once the length of the contract and the salary are finalised, the move will go through.
Upon the sales of both players, Juventus are expected to try and sign PSG midfielder Leandro Paredes. The French club have bolstered their midfield options this summer, and are ready to negotiate a deal for the Argentinian. But it all depends on whether or not the Italian club can first sell the two players.
