Mikel Arteta has issued a bold defense of the Premier League, declaring it “100%” the world’s best despite the ongoing Manchester City financial scandal. He is shutting down further speculation, keeping his focus strictly on Arsenal’s upcoming high-stakes clash against Leeds United instead.
