Arsenal fans across the globe will be breathing a sigh of relief as Manchester City and Liverpool played out a 1-1 draw. The match had immense stakes for the Premier League title race, as well as marking the end of the Klopp-Guardiola rivalry. 

It seemed fitting that the game ending in a draw, with neither legendary manager able to truly have the last laugh. The real winner, however, is Arsenal, as they are now at the top of the table to finish the matchday. Their lead is only on goal difference, and they will have to ensure that they don’t drop points to go on and win the title this time around.

City are only one point behind Arsenal and Liverpool, meaning anything can still happen in the Premier League title race. And between now and May, ten more matches will determine who goes home with the trophy. 

Manchester City and Arsenal face each other on March 31, meaning both sides have one more game to try and establish an advantage at the top of the table. Liverpool, on the other hand, have played City twice, and only face Arsenal in the penultimate fixture of the season. 

The title race is going down right to the wire, and for the time being, the Gunners are leading.
