Arsenal pushing to complete 2 major signings this summer

Youri Tielemans and Gabriel Jesus are still top targets for Arsenal during the summer transfer window. The North London side are hopeful of wrapping up both deals by the end of the transfer window, since they are leading the race for the players.

Gabriel Jesus is very likely to leave Manchester City this summer, with Erling Haaland and Julian Alvarez both set to be part of the squad this summer. Real Madrid were rumoured to be interested in signing him as well, and were told that he would cost around €50 million. But, it is very likely that he will end up with another Premier League club.

Arsenal confident about two big signings this summer

Youri Tielemans is the other big name that Arsenal are hoping to sign this summer. The Belgium international has informed Leicester City that he will not be renewing his contract. With his current deal running out in 2023, he will have to be sold within the coming weeks. Otherwise, he will be able to walk out as a free agent in one year.

But while Tielemans will be available on the market, Champions League football is a big factor in his decision over his next club. Arsenal failed to qualify for the top flight of Europe on the final day, missing out to rivals Tottenham.

As a result, it will be difficult for Arsenal to convince the midfielder but they are still leading the race to sign him as of now.
