When it comes to tablet devices the most powerful device without any doubt is the iPad Pro. Though being a non-Mac apple device, it still has a powerful LCD display along with a 120Hz refresh rate. But the device still has its fair share of troubles. So now news has been surfacing online that the Cupertino giant will be launching a new iPad Pro soon. And if we know apple than the device will be one of the most powerful tablets out there.

According to sources, the iPad will be launched next-year and will have the new mini LED display. The new display was already rumoured and we all that Apple will be adapting the mini-LED technology for most of its future devices. but the iPad Pro will also get support for mmWave 5G. now this is an interesting feature as the newly launched iPhone 12 already brought this technology into the market thanks to its partner Qualcomm.

However, sources also claim that the next year to be launched iPad Pros will not be using Qualcomm modems. Instead, reports indicate that Apple has been working on its own, in-house Antenna-in-Package (AiP) for the 2021 iPhone line up. And if sources are to be believed than the new AiPs will also bring 5G mmWave support to next year’s iPad Pro units.

The dates and quarter of the new iPad Pro release is not yet revealed by the company, but according to sources and various insider information’s; the Cupertino giant will most likely release the new model in first half of 2021. But the information is still in fog and has to be taken with a pinch of salt. But nonetheless with Apple launching its M1 chipset and now working on its AiPs, it seems that the iPhone maker is trying to become more and more self-dependent.
