Apple releases a Support Document for AirPods Max

As we all know that Apple has recently launched the new AirPods Max. Now the company has posted a new support page that provides us with a depth view of the various charging and battery-related aspects of the newly launched AirPods Max. The support document also reveals what happens to the headphones when you are not using them.

According to the support document, users can use a USB Type-C cable to Lightning cable or a USB cable to Lightning cable for charging the AirPods. To charge the AirPods, there will be a Smart Case. If anyone chooses to use this Smart Case then the AirPods will instantly go into an UntraLow power mode to preserve the battery charge.

If users put the AirPods inside the Smart Case for 18 Hours then the AirPods go into an ultralow-power mode that Turns off Bluetooth and also find My Feature by itself.

The Support Document also reveals that, if anyone puts the AirPods stationery for 5min or more than that then the AirPods go into low-power mode automatically to preserve the battery. If users keep them stationary for 72 hours or more then the AirPods go into an even low power mode then it will turn off the Bluetooth.

There will be a Find My Service feature, that will help users to find the AirPods instantly. Apple claims the AirPods Max can run for up to 20 hours long. The slim smart case bundled with the headphone puts it in an ultralow-power state to save power when it is not in use.

The new Apple AirPods Max will be available to purchase from 15th December at $549 or ₹59,900. Apple provides five stunning color options to choose from – space grey, silver, sky blue, green, and pink.
