The popular TechGiant Company Apple holds a WWDC 2021 developer’s conference on Monday. The company has declared that their Maps app will get the fresh coat and latest AR features with iOS 15, which will build the native navigation app more competitive than Google’s offering. The latest Apple Maps contained new details in cities, an efficient globe, and driving directions.

 It is not the end there is also a lot of feature such as at the time of getting directions in the Maps app, it has also the latest feature that makes you choose a time to arrive or a time to leave. It means if you click on “Leaving Now” to “My Location” at the time of getting the directions along with a “Leave at” or “Arrive by” time that can choose you to opted dates and also times to leave at or arrive by.

It is a feature that is available for a long time on Google Maps, but now, with the Apple Maps app, there is no way to get estimated travel times earlier.

If any user is going to hit the road, the users will immediately be treated with a closer view with more detailed streets with lane markers, special lanes, and bus/taxi lanes and crosswalks. It will present highway and street data in the 3D model to see the complex overpasses and overlapping alternatives in three dimensions during the driving. Apple Maps runs more smoothly to take advantage of high-frame Apple devices.

Now Apple’s concept is more detailed map data can provide the drivers with advanced data of which lane they would need to be in and better for safety and traffic. It also has a feature that makes public transportation easier.

There is also a new feature which is 3D road level perspectives for the complex alternatives. It will also provide augmented reality directions while walking, a redesigned transit experience, and updated info on new place cards, such as improved functionality. Finally, if anyone has some reporting issues, there will be a dedicated Maps user profile, choosing a favourite and preferable mode of transit.

It has also the latest augmented reality feature that it can scan the nearest buildings in any area with the camera of iPhone to determine the most important position for more perfect walking directions which is present in augmented reality.

This latest and fantastic AR mapping and navigation are coming with the iOS devices with the launch of iOS 15, preferably in September. In addition, it has been reported that Rich 3D map data will be included in the CarPlay in the user interface of the car later this year.
