Apple iPhone SE 2022 is finally here with A15 Bionic chip and 5G connectivity

Apple ‘Peek Performance’ event has started and you can watch the live event here. In this event, the company has finally unleashed the small budget-friendly most awaited iPhone which is the iPhone SE 2022. This is the third generation of the iPhone SE and has been an internal upgrade over the 2020 model.

The company has not changed much from the outside of the phone but we can see major upgrades over the 2020’s model. The iPhone SE 2022 is again small and obviously budget-friendly. This makes us wonder what might be the changes that Apple has done to it if the design is the same again, which means it resembles the old iPhone SE 2020 model with the same bezels on all sides along with the iconic fingerprint scanner on the chin.

Coming to the specifications of the device, first, we would like to highlight the major changes that have been made over the 2020 model. iPhone SE 2022 has got the sub-6GHz 5G, along with the A15 Bionic straight from the Apple iPhone 13 series.

Apple iPhone SE has a small 4.7-inch screen, along with the same chunky bezels that are straight out of 2017. It has the same single 12-megapixel f/1.8 camera at the back but gains some software-based photography improvements thanks to the newer processor. Deep Fusion and HDR 4 are now included, which offer better handling of high-contrast scenes and noise reduction. This time Apple’s A15 Bionic chip will help to improve the battery life on this device, though the company has not yet clarified the battery capacity specifically.
