Apple iPhone 17 Pro May Feature New Color Options and Enhanced Features, According to Leaks

Apple iPhone 16 series is finally official and available globally. For this time, the iPhone maker has released it in several new colors. One small string of information from a tipster Majin Bu suggests Apple is pondering a new color option for the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro. The tipster has allegedly scored three internal color codes for the range-topping model, one of which could be chosen to make it into production.

Leaks About the Apple iPhone 17 Pro

The first color choice is labeled as #004349, a teal titanium that could be mistaken with the iPhone 16 model-speculated Teal. The green titanium is the second color, and it comes with the code #4f00b7. The last choice, #003800 is a dark green titanium. While the exact color remains a bit unclear, it may be more like the Alpine Green in the iPhone 13 Pro series. The glass sans etching appears to be teal, with titanium in the center option and a darker green that reminds my colleagues of Apple‘s introduced color last year to give you an idea.

Though the iPhone 17 series is still a long way off, it feels a bit premature to discuss color options when the current iPhone 16 lineup was released just weeks ago. On top of this, the iPhone 17 series could add a new ‘Air/Slim’ variant – to replace the Plus model – and equip it with a new type of OLED panel that allows the slimmed design. The standard iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air/Slim may finally offer a 120Hz ProMotion display, a feature currently exclusive to Pro models.

Regarding the Pro model, it is anticipated to combine the volume and action buttons to improve functionality. This single button will reportedly allow users to control volume, ringtones, settings, and more.

For those unfamiliar, the Action Button was introduced with the iPhone 15 Pro series, enabling users to assign specific functions for quick access. The iPhone 17 Pro may also include 12GB of RAM and a vapor chamber for heat dissipation. Since these details are based on leaks, it’s advisable to take them with caution.
