All of this can be accessed via the new Fitness app easily anytime you want to and you will even get personalized recommendations as well if you get confused.
It even promises not to store any of your workout data and trainer videos you choose to your Apple ID. The price of Apple Fitness+ is just $9.99 per month or $79.99 for a whole year and all of your family members can avail this benefit without extra fee.
