Anker 621 Magnetic Battery 5000mAh launches as lightweight MagSafe Power Bank

Anker launched Anker 621 power bank with 5000mAh battery capacity. Its Magnetic battery can be used for Magsafe devices of Apple iPhone. It is very lightweight to carry at any place as well as easy to charge for its magnetic charging system.

The gadget has a maximum power output of 7.5 W and is compatible with the latest iPhone models, including the iPhone 13 and the iPhone 12. It is unclear exactly how long it takes to fully charge a phone with the portable power bank, though an iPhone 13 is likely to need over three hours.

Anker suggests that its new MiniCell technology has helped it to make the device one of its most compact, measuring 4.13 x 2.62 x 0.45-in (~105 x 67 x 11 mm) and weighing 5 oz (~142 g). The company claims that even with the power pack attached to the back of your phone, you should still be able to carry it in your pocket.

Anker indicates that strong 10 N 2.2 lb magnets have been used in the 621 to prevent it from detaching from your iPhone and ensuring it stays in the correct position to maintain charging. The portable power pack comes with a 23.6-in (~60 cm) USB-C to USB-C cable, which you can use to recharge the device.

The device is compatible with the latest iPhone models including iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, iPhone 12, 12 Pro, and 12 Pro Max. It’s unclear exactly how long it takes to fully charge a phone with the portable power bank, but an iPhone 13 will likely need more than three hours. Anker 621, before it Anker also launched a 24000 mAh power bank. It has USB Type-C cables for charging.

You can buy the Anker 621 Magnetic Battery (MagGo) 5000mAh in the US for US$49.99, with delivery expected in early September. Product listings on Amazon UK, Amazon Canada and Amazon Netherlands have also been spotted, though it is unclear when the gadget will launch in these markets.
