Angel Di Maria is one step away from joining Juventus in the coming weeks. The winger is out of a contract with Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season, and he has not been offered a new deal.

As a result, it is very likely that he will end his seven-year spell with the French giants when his deal is over. He joined the club after a very disappointing spell at Manchester United, and he was able to revive his career with the Ligue 1 champions. In 294 games for PSG, Angel Di Maria has scored 92 goals and provided 118 assists.

The first option is a two-year contract, which will see him earn €7 million per season, with bonuses. The other option is a one-year deal with the option for a second, and the salary offered is €8 million.

Juventus believe that Angel Di Maria is an ideal fit for Max Allegri’s 4-3-3 formation, and would be a great addition to the team. He is determined to stay in Europe to maximize his chances of making it to the World Cup at the end of the year.

And a move to free transfer specialists Juventus would surely help him earn a shot at the Argentina national team for the trip to Qatar.
