While he might not be the most valuable asset in terms of market values, Angel Di Maria is one of PSG’s most important forwards, and he, like many of the world’s best players this season, is out of a contract come summer.
Recent rumours have been linking him to Tottenham Hotspur, as confirmed by Fabrizio Romano and Francesco Porzio on the Here We Go podcast on Patreon. His agent has been in contact with the club, but there has been nothing advanced as of yet.
Spurs already have a plethora of forwards at their disposal, and Gareth Bale is set to return to Real Madrid at the end of the season. Di Maria could hence, come in and enjoy a spell at the club as well.
Elsewhere, Eder Militao was also rumoured to be on the radar of the Tottenham Hotspur scouts. The Italian duo said that nothing would take place for the defender in the current transfer window, given that Real Madrid are dealing with COVID issues and have multiple players missing due to contracting the virus.
