Google has dropped Android 17 QPR2 Beta 7.1, specifically targeting those annoying, multi-second UI freezes plaguing Pixel devices. While this update isn’t packed with new features, it directly addresses Issue #571186734 to restore smooth performance. If you’re already on the beta track, this stability patch is a must-install. Stay cautious, though—it’s still beta software, so proceed with standard backup precautions.
