Disney Plus, at last, dropped the trailer of the Star Wars series Andor. If you are a Star Wars fan then this week is definitely a super week for you. There is a new TV series starting to premiere on Friday along with news updates about the other new projects that were exposed as a part of the Star Wars Celebration in 2022.
Now, Lucasfilm just has revealed the first teaser trailer and also the official poster of the latest Disney Plus series Andor.
Andor is mainly a spin-off that is working as the prequel since the 2016 Star Wars movie Rogue One. Now Diego Luna’s Cassian Andor comes back as an intelligence officer for the Rebel Alliance, and the show also going to follow such backstory for five years prior to the plot of the film.
Bow talking about the series that started in 2018, and it just had exposed that Luna that come back to play his role. The new Andor trailer is only the first time that the fans have just gotten such a Glimpse of What’s in store for Luna to play the character and the rebellion.
The latest Andor teaser trailer just starts with short glimpses having different civilizations to get the potential threat looms. It seems that Stormtroopers slowly swoop in and they seem like on the lookout for any such rebel members.
It seems that Luna’s Andor is on the run at the time reign such Empire and works along with Genevieve O’Reilly’s Mon Mothma that infiltrate such forces. The trailer does not expose a lot more about the story. It just confirms that the series just will showcase Cassian’s journey to become a rebel hero, and it shows how “people and planets become involved” in this rebellion against the Empire.
Andor: Cast
The latest Andor series features Stellan Skarsgard as a Rebel leader. Now Luna also had been present at the Star Wars Celebration for sharing the excitement with the fans as it has given him such an opportunity to play Andoe once again. As a part of 2016’s Rogue One, Andor has sacrificed his life for getting plans of the Death Star superweapon for the Rebel command ship led by Princess Leia.
Andor is not only just one Star Wars show in the works at Disney Plus. The third season of The Mandalorian is under production and is also expected to premiere in February 2023. It just brings back Pedro Pascal’s complex character and Grogu as they can continue their journey.
The mini-series Obi-Wan Kenobi will start to stream tomorrow and showcases Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi’s struggles as he watches over Luke Skywalker on the desert planet Tatooine.
