## What’s Heartin About?

The story follows Shiva, a head chef in Jaipur running a South Indian restaurant with his best friend. Still guarded after a painful college breakup with his ex, Sahitya, Shiva’s world shifts when he meets Sadhana, a Chennai-based IT professional escaping marriage pressure from her family. As their bond deepens, Shiva finally lets his guard down — until a serious accident leaves him with amnesia, erasing all memory of Sadhana and pulling him back to his college years, where he still believes he loves Sahitya.

What follows is a genuinely tricky emotional tangle: Sahitya re-enters his life just as Sadhana fights to reconnect with the man she fell for, leaving Shiva caught between memory and feeling.

## Why It’s Worth Streaming

Beyond its central love triangle, Heartin leans into themes of memory, identity, and emotional resilience — territory that draws thematic comparisons to films exploring [amnesia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amnesia) as a storytelling device to test the strength of real connection. Backed by Rajesh Murugesan’s music and a supporting cast including Emaya T and Debnita Kar, the film blends romance with just enough drama to keep audiences guessing until the end.
