AMD’s Radeon RX 6900 XT LC appears in online reviews

Currently, the best performing Radeon graphics card from AMD is the Radeon RX 6900 XT LC; however, the card can only be obtained through an OEM or a system integrator. The graphics card cannot be purchased alone; AMD is still unwilling to offer the card through any website — even their online store.

According to sources, folks at PC Games Hardware could find and buy the RX 6900 XT LC card. They purchased an entire system designed by Dubaro, which includes the graphics card. And what they did is that after receiving the system, and then they proceeded to remove the graphics card and necessary components and placed them in their system for testing.

The released information indicates that the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT LC has an AIO (all-in-one) liquid cooling system, which Asetek created. This liquid cooling system allows for increased efficiency and helps push the limit of the cards.

When the GPU was booted, it confirmed that the RX 6900 XT LC graphics card is a Navi 21 model. It reported that RX 6900 XT LC will have a base clock of up to 2250 MHz, and has a game clock speed of up to 2310 MHz, and a boost of up to 2435 MHz.

AMD’s Radeon RX 6000 series is available to access up to 18 Gbps with the ability to gain bandwidth speeds close to 591.1 gigabytes per second. The RX 6900 XT LC card also has a TDP which can go as high as 350 watts, and the graphics card can also be pushed further, as high as 400 watts.

Compared to other graphics cards on the market, the reviewer at PCGH states that the RX 6900 XT LC compares (at times) with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, dependent on rastering or ray tracing occurrences during gameplay.
