AMD Zen 4 and RDNA 3 to come in Q4 2022?

Two of AMD’s highly anticipated next-gen products are being speculated a lot off recently, especially the AMD Zen 4 based Raphael processors. Now a tweet from @Broly_X1, who is a very reliable leaker as the tipster previously also leaked AMD roadmaps and other products.

The tipster recently stated that both of the next-gen CPU and GPU architectures from AMD would launch around the same time in the last quarter of 2022. This itself borrows a lot of similarities to the 2020 launch we witnessed where AMD announced both the AMD Zen 3 based CPUs and RDNA 2 GPUs in the same month.

Although we expected some sort of roadmap or future products to be hinted at Computex by AMD, a lot of leaks do confirm AMD’s major breakthrough as in Zen 4 and RDNA 3 will come in late 2022.

A lot of Zen 4 based Raphael processor rumours have been flooded in the last couple of weeks and everyone confirms its launch to be held sometime in 2022.

Broly_X1 has a good track record in terms of leaks and so as the tipster has confirmed that both these major launches are coming in 2022, you can expect a similar kind of launch approach as we saw with Zen 3 and RDNA 2.

Also, the tipster believes the tape out for RDNA 3 will be happening later this year, which is really good to hear. However, AMD still needs to improve its Radeon RX 6000 series GPU stocks as they are here for almost another year, while AMD will bring the Ryzen 5000 XT refresh processors by the end of this year or at the start of 2021.
