Among the tons of announcements AMD made at CES 2022, they have clearly shown one thing – they are ready to make gamers happy in 2022! Yes, they not only have announced new GPUs (though affordable ones only), still, this year they are taking the call to improve their software suite for gaming.
Also, as previously leaked, AMD’s Fidelity FX Super Resolution has now been revamped to AMD Radeon Super Resolution, simplifying the concept of using the supersampling technique. The Radeon Super Resolution (RSR) has been built on the same algorithm as FidelityFX Super Resolution, an AI-powered supersampling technique.
Now, with RSR, gamers will be able to enable the feature directly via their Adrenalin software and get boosted frame rates by the same technique as it used to be previously. In all the supported gaming titles, one can enable this feature via the Adrenalin software on any AMD RDNA-based GPU.
It will provide you with “near-native resolution gaming experiences” on any game which is capable of running in “exclusive full-screen mode.”
AMD has a lot of additional features of the forthcoming AMD Software release include updates to the AMD Link application (AMD Link 5.0), which allows users to play their PC games on a phone, tablet or a Windows PC from virtually anywhere.
Whereas AMD Privacy View technology, powered by Eyeware, is a new feature expected to be available in 1H 2022 that uses Eyeware’s cutting-edge head- and eye-tracking technology to deliver increased levels of privacy.Â
