AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT, RX 6650 XT Final Specifications have finally been Confirmed

The RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT, and RX 6650 XT are the three graphics cards of the AMD Radeon RX 6000 refresh series, which will be released next week. The entire and final specifications of all three models have now been confirmed.

Three variants of the AMD Radeon RX 6000 ‘RDNA 2 Refresh’ will be available. The Radeon RX 6950 XT, Radeon RX 6750 XT, and Radeon RX 6650 XT are among them. These graphics cards aren’t intended to be a direct replacement for the current lineup, but rather a step forward from the current cards. Videocardz was the first to report on these graphics cards.

The AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT will be put above the Radeon RX 6900 XT, the Radeon RX 6750 XT above the Radeon RX 6700 XT, and the Radeon RX 6650 XT above the Radeon RX 6600 XT. Consider it AMD’s own ‘SUPER’ refresh, minus the main enhancements. The lineup is intended to deliver performance gains of 5% to 10%, with memory playing a key part in reaching these goals.

AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT – Navi 21 XTXH Powered Flagship

The Navi 21 XTXH GPU in its fully-enabled die config with 80 Compute Units or 5120 SPs will be included in the AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT. A 256-bit bus interface will connect 16 GB of GDDR6 memory to the board. On the graphics cards, there are also 80 Ray accelerators for ray-tracing support (one RA per Compute Unit). The graphics card’s GPU clock will be 2.1 GHz, with a boost clock of 2310 MHz. This is a 4% boost above the RX 6900 XT reference model, which was clocked at 2015 and 2250 MHz, respectively. The graphics card will have a peak FP32 performance of up to 23.65 TFLOPs.

The Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card will have 128 MB of Infinity Cache on the GPU die in addition to the normal memory. The cache will aid in increasing bandwidth for improved performance at resolutions higher than 1080p HD. The 128 MB Infinity Cache triples the usual 512 GB/s bandwidth, offering up to 1.728.2 TB/s effective bandwidth. The graphics card will include 18 Gbps GDDR6 memory dies with a 576 GB/s effective bandwidth. The card will have a TBP of 335W.

AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT – The Fastest Navi 21

The Navi 22 XT GPU will be used in the AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT graphics card, which will have 40 compute units or 2560 stream processors. On the RDNA 2-based GPUs, the graphics processor includes 40 Ray accelerators for raytracing. The graphics card’s ‘Game’ and ‘Boost’ clocks will be 2495 MHz and 2600 MHz, respectively, up to 3% faster than the RX 6700 XT’s 2424 MHz and 2581 MHz. The peak FP32 performance on the gra[jocs card will be 13.31 TFLOPs.

The graphics card will include a 192-bit bus interface and a 12 GB GDDR6 memory buffer. AMD plans to use 18 Gbps dies, giving the cards a total bandwidth of 432 GB/s. There’s also 96 MB of Infinity Cache on the GPU. With the Infinity Cache, the effective bandwidth is increased by 3.06x to 1326 GB/s.

The GPU will be completely compliant with Gen 4.0. The TBP will have a 250W design, which is a 20W increase over the RX 6700 XT. This is due exclusively to the usage of faster clock memory dies, which will result in higher power consumption.

AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT – Navi 22

Finally, the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT graphics card will be driven by the Navi 23 XT GPU, which packs 11.06 billion transistors into a 237mm2 die. The Navi 23 GPU has 32 compute units and 2048 stream processors in total. The card also has a 32 MB Infinity Cache and an 8 GB GDDR6 memory capacity, which runs at 17.5 Gbps through a 128-bit wide bus interface for a total bandwidth of 280 GB/s and an effective memory bandwidth of up to 468.9 GB/s, a 1.67x increase.

The AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT’s core clocks will remain at 2410 MHz ‘Game’ and 2635 MHz ‘Boost,’ an improvement of up to 2% over the 6700 XT’s core clocks of 2359 MHz ‘Game’ and 2589 MHz ‘Boost.’ The graphics card will have a peak FP32 performance of 10.79 TFLOPs.

The card will have a single 8-pin connector, similar to the Radeon RX 6600 XT, and TBP will be 180W, a 20W increase over the RX 6600 XT. The graphics card will have a fresh new dual-fan ‘Midnight black’ reference design with dual slots and power delivered via a single 8-pin connector.
