We know AMD has teased the launch of the Radeon RX 6700 series on March 3rd and we anticipated that it will launch two of the GPUs as in the non-XT and XT variants. However, Cowcotland has claimed that the cut-down Navi 22 is not launching with the Radeon RX 6700XT.

AMD is said to show the RX 6700 XT only, the full-fat Navi22 model that should again stir the mid-range GPU market as its predecessor RX 5700 XT was one of the best 1440p gaming GPUs, widely preferred by gamers. It’s not that AMD is canceling the launch of RX 6700 but just delaying it:

We have some new information on AMD’s announcement on March 3. Only the RX 6700 XT will be announced. There was indeed an RX 6700 in the red program, for March 15th, but it has been delayed (for the moment) and we will therefore only have the RX 6700 XT which will be commercially available on March 18th.

Coming to the stock situation, unlike the weak Radeon RX 6800 series launch, the RX 6700 series launch is predicted to be a better one. Still, only 100 reference cards will be coming to France, according to Cowcotland, better than the double-digit figures of the RX 6800 series.

The Radeon RX 6700 XT specs include 40 compute units with 2560 stream processors, up to 12 GB of GDDR6 VRAM, and a 192-bit memory bus. A non-XT desktop version with only 6 GB of VRAM and dynamic TGP running between 146 and 156 W is also rumored to be launched.

Also, it reported by Videocardz that AIBs have been stocking these cards for quite some time and the situation will better than last time as there will be stocks but not enough to meet the excessive demands.
