Another Computex and you have AMD as the confirmed attendee to give its keynote as its CEO Dr. Lisa Su has been confirmed by the company to attend the show. The company announced it will be a ‘high-performance computing’ keynote featuring Dr Lisa Su, for Computex 2022 on the 23rd of May.
If you are really interested to tune in to the show, the keynote will be addressed at 2:00 PM (UTC+8) or 7:30 PM IST and we expect the session to be live on YouTube as it’s always. This will mark her third occasion delivering a CEO Keynote at the pre-eminent global conference.
“High-performance computing plays such an essential role in our daily lives, and AMD is committed to always pushing the envelope on performance and innovation. At this year’s COMPUTEX, AMD will share how we accelerate innovation with our broad ecosystem of partners,” said Dr. Lisa Su.
Obviously, this will excite a lot of fans like us and we expect some key announcements as Computex has been one of the most favourite shows for AMD.
At the CEO Keynote, Dr. Lisa Su will share the AMD vision to advance the PC experience through next-generation mobile and desktop PC innovations. Combining cutting-edge CPUs, GPUs, and software, AMD and its ecosystem partners will show breakthrough performance and leadership experiences for gamers, enthusiasts, and creators.
While this is too soon to release the next-gen AMD Ryzen and Radeon products but we expect Lisa to provide some timeline or update on when these next-gen products will be heading to market. Already the Ryzen 5000 series has been dominated by Intel and as per widespread rumours AMD has been expected to make a Q4 launch of both its next-gen products.
However, considering the stiff competition it’s facing if both NVIDIA and Intel launch their next-gen products or even show us at Computex, we expect AMD to launch or at least announced these Ryzen 7000 series CPUs and RDNA3 based GPUs.
