Celesti Bairagey plays the lead in Amber Girls School, the newest school drama on television. Young Bairagey plays Ojas in the Amazon miniTV series. Ojas is a teenage girl who aspires to be the head girl at her school and wants to romance her crush. The historical drama focuses on her mishaps as she tries to strike a balance between the two.
Amazon MiniTV posted an introduction to the show on social media with the caption, “Life ke syllabus mein aaya hai pyaar ka naya chapter, kya hogi Ojas pass? “Janne ke liye, pay attention!” The prefect of Amber Girls School, Ojas (Bairagey), is seen in the first teaser having to make a tough choice.
Should she work hard to achieve her ultimate aim of becoming a Head Girl, or should she just have fun and pursue a relationship with her crush, Shaurya?
According to the show’s official synopsis, “In Chandigarh 2008, 15-year-old Ojas, a student of Class IX, has to choose between chasing her crush Shaurya, and what she wants to be- the Head Girl of Amber Girls School.” Garima Pura Patiyaalvi, Pranjali Dubey, and Swetlana wrote the screenplay and story for Amber Girls School, while Rajlaxmi Ratan Seth directed the dramedy.
“Amber Girls School” is the name of the show, which is a drama about high school. A young girl named Ojas appears in the teaser, confused between a lot of teenage issues. She tries to strike a balance between all of her aspirations, including going on a date with a cute guy from a different school and being the head girl even if it means bribing some instructors. Although the show is labeled as adult, teens make up the majority of viewers for these kinds of programs. Furthermore, since children of all ages may easily access the platform for free, it could be dangerous if the show contains any adult content.
