Amazon India and Flipkart have made most of their online e-commerce product listings out of stock due to the total lockdown situation in India till 14th April.
The online e-commerce giants are closing all their less important listings from their website as the Indian Government has requested all the citizens to follow the lockdown strictly in order to break the chain of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Amazon India is reaching out to all their customers who have their order pending and asking then to cancel their orders and a refund is also generated if prepaid. Only a few essential commodities are available on the e-commerce site. No other unimportant commodities at this site are available right now, because Amazon is stopping most of this delivery chains all over India due to lockdown and keeping in mind the safety of all those delivery executives.
Amazon is also caring about their sellers and is helping them in every way. Amazon is also guiding its sellers all over India how to channel their business at this time of pandemic and total lockdown.
Flipkart, on the other hand, is for the first time ever in 13 years has suspended all its services in India. Needless to say here everyone in this country and as well as all over the world is fighting against a pandemic so in order to keep everyone’s’ safety at this time the total service is being suspended until further notice over the lockdown.
