The Indian food startup is having a great time in the country as slowly and steadily India is loving the fast food delivery at their home. Swiggy is continuously making changes to its plans and offerings in recent months, introducing Super and Bite plans already, changing their prices, now they have completely discarded this scheme.
Now, they have turned to a more simpler “Swiggy One” membership where you get all the benefits you previously used to get with some tweaks here and there. Well, with Swiggy One users will offer subscribers with unlimited free deliveries, discounts and other benefits across its services.
Previously, with Binge and Super plan, there were limited options, with Binge that used to cost Rs.249 each month you used to get 30 deliveries each month with 1+1 options from multiple restraunts.
While the Rs.399 Super plan people used to get unlimited free deliveries now, with Swiggy One, everyone will get free deliveries over Rs.199 orders. It has now been reported that Swiggy has reverted this to Rs.149 as it used to be with Swiggy Super when you used to get unlimited free deliveries regardless of the amount.
As a lot of customers did complaint after Swiggy One launch about this upgrade is essentially as downgrade and its quite true a lot of most-loved features of Swiggy are now gone. However, there are useful offerings like pick up and drop service through Swiggy Genie and Meat stores.
All of the existing Swiggy SUPER members will automatically be upgraded to Swiggy One program for the remaining period of subscription. Also, if you had one plan expiring, you get one month free of Swiggy One membership.

Swiggy One has also promised to provide unlimited free deliveries from over 70,000 popular restaurants and free Instamart deliveries on all orders above ₹99. Overall, though this revamp was good in terms of overall offering, but a lot of food lovers are still sad as Swiggy has dropped its SUPER plans.
