It’s been over four years since Netflix renewed *All of Us Are Dead*. Fans have waited through delays, cast changes and a lot of silence. The good news is that the story is moving again.

[*All of Us Are Dead*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_of_Us_Are_Dead) became a global hit when it landed in January 2022. Season 2 has now wrapped filming, according to What’s on Netflix, and the official cast is locked in.

## Who’s Back?

Four leads return, and four new faces join them.

| Actor | Character | Status |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Park Ji-hu | Nam On-jo | Returning, now a university student |
| Yoon Chan-young | Lee Cheong-san | Returning, details kept secret |

| Lomon | Lee Su-hyeok | Returning |
| Lee Min-jae | Ma-ru | New, On-jo’s university senior |

## The Cheong-san Question

Season 1 ended with a strong hint that Cheong-san didn’t make it. Yet Yoon Chan-young is back on the cast list.

Netflix’s wording only refers to what Cheong-san did last time, not how he returns. Flashbacks? A halfbie twist? Something else? The director has said only that a plan exists, and that some viewers won’t accept it while others will love it. For now, it’s the biggest open mystery.

## What’s the Story?

According to the official synopsis, On-jo is trying to move on from the Hyosan High outbreak. Then a new zombie infection spreads across Seoul, and she has to fight to survive without the friends she once relied on.

The director once said that season 1 was about humans surviving and season 2 would be about zombies surviving. With a government agent on the new cast, expect a bigger look at how authorities handle the virus.

## When Can You Watch It?

Netflix hasn’t given a date, and the show wasn’t on its 2026 Korean slate. Rumors of a December 2026 release have no backing. With heavy visual effects still in post-production, a January or February 2027 debut looks more realistic.

The next big clue could come on **October 24, 2026**. Season 2 is part of the “What Next?” showcase at Netflix Korea’s 10th anniversary festival in Seoul, with cast members expected on stage.
