The maximum refresh rate has decreased from the previous 175Hz to 165Hz, but Alienware’s new AW3423DWF display still employs a 34-inch WQHD (3440 x 1440) QD-OLED curved screen with a grayscale reaction time of 0.1ms, a curvature of 1800R, 99.3% DCI-P3 colour gamut, and HDR True Black 400 certification.

Additionally, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro is now supported on the new displays in place of Nvidia G-Sync Ultimate Variable Refresh Rate (VRR).

The AW3423DWF also features an all-black design and a reduced overall volume. The AW3423DWF offers one HDMI 2.0 and two DisplayPort 1.4 in comparison to the older AW3423DW’s two HDMI 2.0 and one DisplayPort 1.4.
