If you’ve been waiting for a feel-good Telugu romance this winter, mark your calendar.

## Why This Release Feels Different?

Nani announced the date on social media with a fresh poster of Nithiin. In his note, he described the film as possibly the most beautiful Telugu film of the year, which is a bold promise from an actor known for choosing his projects carefully.

The buzz really began in August with the title glimpse, which has a playful, meta setup. Nani chats with director Murali about a story centred on Krishna, then spots books written by someone called Rukmini. Nithiin wakes from a nap and casually explains that Rukmini is his wife. Nani loves the idea and asks when shooting can start. It’s quirky, warm and a little mysterious, and it hints at a film that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

## A Much-Needed Comeback for Nithiin

[Nithiin](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nithiin) was last seen in the survival action drama *Thammudu*, directed by Venu Sriram. The film received mixed-to-negative reviews and underperformed at the box office. A breezy romantic comedy looks like a smart reset, returning him to the genre where he first built his fan base.

Reports suggest the shoot and post-production wrapped quickly, which usually points to a confident, well-planned project. Rumours also say *Prem Keetanu* actress Aafiya Syed plays the romantic lead, but the makers haven’t confirmed it, so treat that with caution for now.

## Nani’s Busy Slate

Nani has a packed calendar. His recent release *The Paradise*, a period action drama directed by Srikanth Odela, drew a divided response. Next up is the stylish action comedy *Bloody Romeo* with director Sujeeth, and he has also confirmed a sweet, subtle romantic film in the pipeline. ## What to Expect on December 4?

A December release gives the film a festive-season window with little rom-com competition. It’s too early to call it a hit, but the combination of Nani’s taste, a fresh premise and Nithiin’s comeback drive makes this one to watch.
