Ajinkya Rahane has officially called for the IPL to scrap the controversial Impact Player rule. The veteran star argues this regulation stunts the growth of genuine all-rounders in Indian cricket. By providing a tactical safety net, the rule discourages teams from developing multi-dimensional talent. Rahane insists that removing this crutch is essential for long-term player development and future international success.
