Ajax and Sevilla have reached an agreement over a transfer fee for Lucas Ocampos. The Argentinian will be the replacement for Antony, who has been announced as a new signing by Manchester United.
A fee worth €20 million has been agreed for the player, and he is expected to be in Amsterdam today to complete his medical tests. Personal terms have also been agreed for the transfer, and it should be made official soon.

The winger has been quite impressive for the La Liga side, and will be a great addition to the Ajax squad. He is entering his prime years at 28, and will be able to deliver strongly in the Eredivisie.
Sevilla are working to sign Adnan Januzaj as the replacement for Lucas Ocampos. The former Real Sociedad man is now a free agent after the expiry of his contract, and is in talks for a move to the record Europa League winners.
Hakim Ziyech was the first option for Ajax to replace Antony. But, talks with Chelsea have stalled since they are far apart in valuation. Moreover, a loan deal is also not possible for the player and it seems he will be staying at Stamford Bridge for the coming season.
As a result, a move for the Argentinian is in the works and should be confirmed in the coming days.
