The AirPods Pro 3 will reportedly be released in early 2025 according to Mark Gurman’s ‘Power On’ newsletter that was noted by French media outlet Consomac. As to when we don’t know the precise answer, but “early” suggests it could arrive within the first quarter of next year. The AirPods Pro 3 is expected to include a USB-C wireless charging case, much like the model that’s currently bundled with the AirPods Pro 2, allowing users to forgo a Lightning cable.

The lack of information surrounding the AirPods Pro 3 is disappointing. Although it has been confirmed that the new model will receive a new design, no further detail was provided. According to reports, the new earbuds would have better Active Noise Cancellation than AirPods Pro 2 — which some would find a little vague.
