Four episodes in, and SBS’s newest action revenge drama is already rewriting the ratings charts. **Agent Kim Reactivated** isn’t just performing well — it’s outpacing every other drama that’s aired in Korea this year.

## Agent Kim Reactivated: The Numbers Don’t Lie

On July 4, the show’s fourth episode pulled in a nationwide average rating of 21.6%, according to Nielsen Korea, officially making it the most-watched drama of any kind in 2026 so far. That’s a rare feat this early into a series’ run, and it places Agent Kim Reactivated among elite company in SBS’s own history.

## How It Stacks Up Against Other New Releases

| Drama | Network | Latest Rating |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Agent Kim Reactivated (Ep 4) | SBS | 21.6% |
| Recipe for Love | KBS 2TV | 13.6% |
| Reborn Rookie (Penultimate Ep) | JTBC | 10.8% |
| The Husband (Premiere) | KBS 2TV | 4.4% |

## Why This Ranking Matters

Just four episodes into its broadcast, Agent Kim Reactivated has already become the third-highest rated Friday-Saturday drama in SBS’s history, trailing only the iconic hits The Penthouse 2 and The Fiery Priest. For a network with decades of hit dramas under its belt, that’s a serious benchmark to clear this quickly.

Meanwhile, KBS 2TV’s freshly premiered drama The Husband had a modest start at 4.4%, giving it plenty of room to build audience momentum in the weeks ahead. JTBC’s Reborn Rookie, heading into its series finale, posted its best Saturday numbers yet at 10.8%, a strong sign ahead of its last episode.

Ratings like these are tracked by [Nielsen Korea](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nielsen_Korea), the country’s primary television audience measurement provider, whose nationwide data determines how dramas are ranked and discussed across the industry.

## What This Means For Viewers

With numbers this strong, Agent Kim Reactivated is shaping up to be one of the defining K-dramas of the year — a good sign if you’ve been on the fence about starting it. Meanwhile, Reborn Rookie’s finale next week is worth catching live, given its late-run ratings jump.
