Amazon Prime Video has dropped the official trailer of the highly enthralling web series Adhura. This series is going to be one of the fantastic thriller shows. The story of the series revolves around a boarding school the place where something suspicious is happening which is just beyond our thinking and imaginations. The thriller show has been directed by Ananya Banerjee and Gaurav K Chawla. Apart from them, we will see Ishwak Singh, Rasika Duggal, Shrenik Arora, and Rahul Dev in pivotal roles. The cinephiles show huge love and response to the trailer.
Adhura: Plot
The take of Adhura depicts the story of a boarding school in Ooty. The story takes a step forward with the vents that happened in two completely separate times in happens in 2007, and the other happens in 2022. As it continues we will come very close to the horror as Ishwak Singh aka Adhiraj is living under the shadow of the burden of guilt. By encountering Vedant who has faced several trouble in his life. The twist comes when the line between past and present starts to blur.
This is the reason why the veil of the tremendous secret has been removed slowly. For one of these incidents, the students from the 2007 batch have to face off with their inner devil The way events unfold at the school, the lives of all the people have changed completely.

Ishwak Singh opens up about the show, “ It was a great experience for me to play the role of Adhiraj in Adhura. Different types of emotions have been woven into the story more interesting. In this series, the viewers are about to experience a horror story that delves into the supernatural world and uncovers the intricacies of the human mind. It will be very interesting for the audience to watch this series.”
The actress Rasika Duggal stated, “As an actor, I got a chance to play a character of a person who is completely in control…but as the story progresses, he starts to realize that no one can control him. He is not free from his inner demons. So I was excited that a character like Supriya came to me. As a student counsellor at a boarding school, Supriya has a complicated journey. Things happen along the way that forces her to confront a terrifying past that she can’t seem to put behind.
In Adhura, an attempt has been made to show the search for the balance between human compassion and the unknown forces hidden within. I am delighted to be back on Prime Video with this series in a new genre and I hope viewers enjoy the different facets of human nature and the horrors depicted in this story.’
