## Is Ada Wong Confirmed in Resident Evil Requiem?

As of now, Capcom has **not officially confirmed** the appearance of **Ada Wong** in the upcoming title.

Reports indicate the game focuses mainly on a new protagonist, Grace Ashcroft, shifting toward a more intense horror tone rather than action-heavy storytelling. Because of this change in direction, legacy characters may have limited or cameo roles.

However, developers also haven’t ruled out appearances completely — leaving the door open for surprises.

## Why Fans Still Expect Her Return

Ada Wong has been one of the most iconic figures in the **Resident Evil** franchise for decades. Her mysterious personality, spy background, and connection with Leon S. Kennedy make her a fan favorite.

Reasons fans believe she could still appear:

- Capcom often includes surprise legacy cameos
- The story returns to Raccoon City lore
- Her storyline remains unresolved

Some leaks and speculation suggest she may not play a major role, but nothing is confirmed officially.

## What Makes Requiem Different?

Unlike past entries, this game emphasizes **psychological horror and vulnerability** rather than action-driven heroism. That’s why the developers are introducing a fresh protagonist instead of relying heavily on established characters.

This tonal shift could explain why Ada’s role — if any — might be smaller than before.
