The film became the **19th Indian film ever** to gross over ₹50 crore in Kerala — and crucially, it is **Jayasurya’s highest-grossing film of his career** and his **first-ever entry into the ₹50 crore club**.

For an actor who has built his reputation on craft, versatility, and genuine performances over two decades, this milestone feels deeply personal and well-deserved.

## Holding Steady Against Competition

Impressively, *Aadu 3* continued to collect even with the release of *Vaazha 2* — showing that audience affection for the franchise was strong enough to hold screens alongside a fresh and massively popular new release.

The film is now expected to close its theatrical run around **₹53–55 crore** in Kerala before wrapping up its cinema run — already marking it as a massive success by any measure.
