## One Song Changed Everything

Speaking at the launch of his new single *Pavazha Malli*, Sai Abhyankkar revealed a moment that feels straight out of a film. When he first met Atlee, he hadn’t signed a single project. He played one song, and Atlee immediately asked if he could score his next film. Sai described his reaction as sheer shock — and genuine gratitude that has stayed with him since.

The two were later spotted in a music composition session during Christmas 2025, which was a clear sign that things were moving fast. Now, with Sai officially confirming he’s working on the *AA22xA6* score, the excitement around this project just went up another notch.

It’s a remarkable story in an industry where composers often spend years building their resume before landing flagship projects. Atlee’s instinct-driven decision to back Sai speaks to the kind of bold, gut-led filmmaking that has come to define the director’s career. Sai also has *Karuppu* and *D55* in his expanding lineup.
