A warm welcome to three new Predator Gaming Monitors – CG437K S, X38 S, and X28

NextAtAcer brings us lots of new products yesterday including multiple laptops, monitors, desktops, and more. Along with devices under the Acer branding, there are some electronics under the gaming section, Predator as well. In the new launches, there are three Predator Gaming Monitors with VESA DisplayHDR – the Predator CG437K S, Predator X38 S, and Predator X28. All three are feature-packed and targets a wide variety of gamers.

Predator CG437K S

Predator CG437K S is a 42.5-inch large screen display with UHD 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution, manufactured for gaming enthusiasts and content creators.

Support for the NVIDIA G-SYNC, 1ms VRB response rate, and 144Hz refresh rate are definitely going to help you during gameplay. In the port hub, there are a couple of HDMI 2.1 ports that support the latest gaming consoles and allow for 4K 144Hz with VRR using only a single cable. Users will also take advantage of a USB-B port, two USB 2.0, two USB 3.0, and a USB Type-C port placed along with the HDMI ports. The built-in KVM switch can be handy for users who deal with multiple PCs.

The Predator CG437K S is coming with VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification to ensure excellent and true-to-life visual output. On top of it, outstanding local dimming, 1,000 nits brightness, high contrast ratio, Delta E<1 rating, 90% DCI-P3 color gamut, altogether, make this monitor one of the most accurate color presenters.

These are not all, this new Predator gaming monitor has the ability to adjust its image output properties based on the user’s environment. Thanks to Acer ColorSense, LightSnese, and ProxySense. Finally, the RGB lighting strips are enhancing the overall look by synced to music and media.

Predator CG437K S will be available for sale in North America in November starting at USD 1,799.99; in EMEA in November starting at EUR 1,599; and in China in October, starting at RMB 9,999.

Predator X38 S

Among the three monitors, only the Predator X38 S provides you a curved screen. It’s a 37.5-inch 2300R curved display with the UWQHD+ (3840×1600) resolution, DCI-P3 98% color gamut, Delta E<2 ratings, VESA DisplayHDR 600 certification, overclocked 175Hz refresh rate, and NVIDIA G-SYNC support. Lots of things right? Well, more left to mention yet.

For gamers, its low 0.3ms G-to-G response rate can be a moment-changing specification in every match. You can go with eight pre-set display modes depending on your content manually, which are further customizable. However, Acer LightSense and ColorSense are there to adjust the screen brightness and color temperature automatically after analyzing the environment.

Predator added a system latency measurement tool to the X38 S called NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer. This detects clicks coming from the mouse and then measures the time it takes for the resulting pixels to change on the screen.

The Predator X38 S will be available will be available in North America in September starting at USD 1,999.99; in EMEA in September starting at EUR 2,199; and in China in August, starting at RMB 14,999.

Predator X28

Predator X28 is the last one on the list, offering a 28-inch UHD display. Like the earlier two gaming monitors, it also has a good number of useful certifications and tool supports. Here the list begins – VESA Display HDR400 Certified Agile-Splendor IPS display panel, overclocked 155Hz refresh rate, 1ms G-to-G low response time, NVIDIA G-SYNC, NVIDIA G-SYNC Esports Mode, NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer, Acer LightSense, ColorSense, ProxiSense, BlueLightShield Pro, Delta E<1 color accuracy, and TÃœV Rheinland Eyesafe.

The Predator X28 will be available will be available in North America in August starting at USD 1,299.99; in EMEA in August starting at EUR 1,199; and in China in July, starting at RMB 7,999.
