A refreshed Xiaomi RedmiBook 14 Ryzen Edition to be launched on March 24

Xiaomi is planning to launch its Redmi K30 Pro series of smartphones soon and it seems they’ll also be updating their RedmiBook 14 Ryzen Edition with the latest AMD Ryzen 4000 mobile processors.

A well-known tipster Ishan Agarwal did reveal some interesting details about Xiaomi’s upcoming Redmi China launch event on March 24. Xiaomi might launch a few other products which it wants to reveal to the world alongside the rumoured Redmi K30 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom smartphones.

Among the other products, the refreshed RedmiBook 14 Ryzen edition will be the one to focus on. In 2019, we saw the RedmiBook 14 featuring the 2nd Gen Ryzen 3000 mobile processors but now as AMD has launched its Ryzen 4000U mobile APUs, Redmi Akka Xiaomi will waste no time to upgrade their already launched RedmiBook 14 series.

We do not think, this new laptop will get any change in terms of a physical overview but will do get some solid hardware upgrade. The laptops might feature up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD storage.

Previously, the RedmiBook 14 featured an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U or AMD Ryzen 7 3700U processor so hopefully, we might get a Ryzen 5 4500U and a Ryzen 7 4700U in action, we aren’t sure regarding this but might be possible in the upcoming event.

Apart from the Redmi K30 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom smartphones along with the RedmiBook 14 Ryzen Edition, we might also get new products like the Mi Air Purifier F1 and Redmi X Keith Haring accessories.
