Some love stories don’t start with sparks — they start with a settlement agreement. KBS’s upcoming drama “A Love Other Than Yours” just revealed the first meeting between its leads, and it’s about as far from a meet-cute as it gets.

## What Is “A Love Other Than Yours” About?

The [romance drama](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romance_film) centers on Lee Mi Do (Ahn Eun Jin) and Namgoong Ho (Seo Kang Jun), a couple ten years into their relationship who suddenly find long-familiar feelings shifting in unexpected ways. Once a rising film director celebrated at international short film festivals, Lee Mi Do is now stuck in a rough patch, watching one project after another collapse.

## An Unusual First Encounter

Into her lowest moment walks Han Tae Seung, played by Lee Joo Ahn, a lawyer representing a film company. His purpose is anything but romantic — he’s there to deliver a settlement agreement over her dismissal. New stills capture Lee Mi Do frozen in shock as she receives the paperwork, while Han Tae Seung watches on with calm composure. It’s a frosty, professionally charged introduction between two people who seem destined never to cross paths again — which naturally makes their reappearance in each other’s lives all the more intriguing.
