CES 2021: Asus upgrades VivoBook 14 and 15 with AMD Ryzen 5000U APUs

ASUS launches new VivoBook 14 & VivoBook 15 series starting at just Rs.33,990

Asus is not shy from innovations, and the year’s biggest IT event is the platform that is best for the company to showcase the changes which it is bringing to its products. The company officially announced the changes which it is introducing on its 14 and 15-inch VivoBook.

According to official reports, Asus will equip the new notebooks with AMD’s latest Ryzen 5000 U-series processors. Not only is the processor being upgraded, but the 15-inch VivoBook will come up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM and a 1TB SSD.

ASUS launches new Intel Tiger Lake powered VivoBook variants

The 14-inch variant will come with AMD Ryzen 5 5500U, but if you need a high-performing laptop, then the best option is the larger 15-inch laptop, which will come powered by Ryzen 7 APUS. But it comes with a limited storage option of 512GB PCIe SSD. But it hardly matters, and event, the RAM will be 8GB along with an integrated GPU.
