HP upgrades ZBook Firefly 14 G8 and 15 G8 to Intel Tiger Lake platform

HP has been in a bit of a frenzy this year. The OEM has already upgraded most of its last year’s entries to intel’s latest Evo platform, and the company is in no mood of stopping. Recently, it has brought the power of Intel’s 11th generation processors to its two more notebooks.

HP ZBook Firefly 14 G8

The notebook was already a lightweight, portable workstation with some fantastic specs in the market, and the addition of Tiger Lake has the machine a significant performance boost. HP’s Firefly 14 G8 also comes with a discrete NVIDIA T500 GPU in addition to intel’s Iris Xe graphics. Offering a full-HD display with 500-nits 100% DCI-P3 HP DreamColor PANTONE-validated panel, the ZBook Firefly 14 G8 offers touch and non-touch display choices.
