Honor X9c India Launch Leaked: Honor India is preparing to launch a new X-series smartphone soon. Amazon has now launched a dedicated microsite, teasing the design, and highlighting some of the important hardware features. While the official name for the phone’s marketing is not yet out, it is thought to be the Honor X9c. Details about the launch date have also been leaked.

Honor X9c Set for India Launch on February 15: Key Features and Specs Leaked

Tipster Paras Guglani claims the Honor X9c will launch in the Indian market on February 15, however, they have not been confirmed by the company. The Amazon microsite also details the rear camera design, which showcases the circular module attached to the device with dual cameras and an LED flash. This design is quite similar to the Honor X9c that launched in Malaysia back in November starting at MYR 1,500 (about ₹29,900) and then went on to launch globally as the Honor Magic 7 Lite.

Teasers on Amazon indicate that the phone will feature a large-capacity battery with fast charging support as well as a “brilliant” display with eye-friendly dimming. The cameras will also offer OIS and EIS support. If it is the Honor X9c, it will replace the Honor X9b, which had an India launch in February 2023 for a price of ₹25,999.

Specifications-wise, the Honor X9c will feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, which is the same size as the Honor X9b. It is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset with an Adreno GPU—the same platform as the one the X9b uses.

The camera setup includes a 108MP primary sensor with OIS, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP front camera. The phone will have a 6,600mAh battery with 66W fast charging, an upgrade from the 5,000mAh battery with 35W fast charging in the previous model. Connectivity options will include 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
