Vivo has launched its latest mid-range smartphone, named Vivo Y52s. The MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC chipset, a 90Hz of screen refresh rate, and 5G compatibility are some of the main highlights of this phone. So, without wasting any time, let’s get into the specifications of this phone.
The dual-SIM (Nano) Vivo Y52 runs on the Android 10 OS and is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720SoC chipset. Regarding the display, this phone features a 6.58-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,408 pixels) waterdrop notch display with a 20.1:9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz of refresh rate. This phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The SoC of this phone is paired with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. In terms of the camera section, this phone offers a dual rear camera setup which includes a 48MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. For the selfies, this phone has an 8MP selfie snapper at the front.
As per the battery, the Vivo Y52s is fueled up by a massive 5,000mAH battery with the support of 18W Dual Engine fast charging. This phone is available in three different color variants: Monet, Coral Sea, and Titanium Grey. In terms of connectivity, this phone includes everything such as 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Regarding the dimension, this phone measures 164.15×75.35×8.40mm and weighs around 185.5 grams.
Coming to the pricing and availability, Vivo Y52s has been launched in China and is already available for pre-order at a price tag of CNY 1,598 (roughly Rs. 18,100) for its 6GB RAM variant and CNY 1,798 (roughly Rs. 20,300) for the 8GB RAM variant. This phone will go on sale from December 12. As of now, Vivo has not confirmed anything regarding the global launch of this phone.
