The Galaxy S25 Ultra will be unveiled on January 22 during the Galaxy Unpacked event, alongside the Galaxy S25 and S25+ models. Speculation suggests that the well-expected device will arrive with an upgraded design with a titanium frame and a finer appearance and hands-feel by rounding off the contours.

The display could be a 6.9-inch M13 OLED panel, possibly with an updated high-brightness mode, raising peak brightness to 3000 nits. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is also expected to come with a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, up to 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage options. The device is expected to maintain a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging, as well as Qi2 magnetic wireless charging for added convenience.
