The device is set to deliver some significant upgrades over its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Launching on January 22: Price, Design, Features, and Leaks

Samsung will announce the exact pricing at the Galaxy Unpacked event, but the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra’s pricing will most likely be higher than that of the Galaxy S24 Ultra which launched at ₹1,29,999 in India. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will be unveiled on January 22 during the Galaxy Unpacked event, alongside the Galaxy S25 and S25+ models. Speculation suggests that the well-expected device will arrive with an upgraded design with a titanium frame and a finer appearance and hands-feel by rounding off the contours.

The display could be a 6.9-inch M13 OLED panel, possibly with an updated high-brightness mode, raising peak brightness to 3000 nits. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is also expected to come with a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, up to 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage options. The device is expected to maintain a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging, as well as Qi2 magnetic wireless charging for added convenience.

When it comes to cameras, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to feature a major upgrade. A quad-camera setup could include a 200MP primary sensor, along with a 100MP Space Zoom feature. The ultra-wide camera may be upgraded to 50MP, and the telephoto lens is rumored to offer variable focal lengths for a zoom range of 4x to 7x, complemented by a 10MP lens with 3x optical zoom.
