The specifications for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5070 GPUs have been reaffirmed by well-known leaker Kopite7kimi. Now, NVIDIA’s upcoming Blackwell RTX 50 series is due to be announced at CES, and with it come a slew of leaks in the last couple of weeks.
We have already discussed leaks revealing probable specs for several SKUs and now a new leak has provided additional details on two specific models—the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5070, which are anticipated to be the upper mid-range GPUs in the lineup. The specs for the board, GPU die, CUDA Cores, VRAM, and TBP have all been supplied by Kopite7kimi.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti & RTX 5070 Specifications Leaked: Cores, VRAM, and TGP Details
According to the leak, the RTX 5070 will stick with a memory configuration similar to the RTX 4070, albeit with a different memory type. Meanwhile, the RTX 5070 Ti will be powered by the faster GB203 GPU and 16 GB of VRAM. The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti will reportedly be called GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, meaning the PG147-SKU60 board. It will feature the GB203-300-A1 GPU with 8960 CUDA cores and 16 GB of GDDR7 VRAM across a 256-bit memory bus.
The Total Board Power (TBP) is likely going to be 300W, 50W lower than expected previously. This reduction brings the TBP just 15W higher than its predecessors, the RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 4070 Ti Super. The RTX 5070 will go by the name GeForce RTX 5070, with the board PG146-SKU70 and GPU GB205-300-A1 GPU. It will have 6144 CUDA cores and 12 GB of GDDR7 VRAM across a 192-bit memory bus. As previously reported, the TBP will be 250W.
These specifications haven’t been officially confirmed, but previous leaks by the user Kopite7kimi have proven accurate, adding credibility to the dust up leak. We do not know the pricing details, but probably NVIDIA will not reduce the prices compared to earlier models. The RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 will be launching only in Q1 2025 first, before both of these GPUs arrive.
