Now, more details emerge from a 91Mobiles report that says the Moto E15 with model number XT2523-7, which is the global variant of the device, was recently spotted on the TDRA certification. As the report noted, this device is the Moto E15. We have also learned from various additional certifications also including the FCC will also sport a 5100mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging. The battery capacity however bodes well for the device’s endurance, but the charging speed isn’t the highest so we could see users waiting several hours to fully charge the device.
The Moto E15 has also been listed in the FCC certification with model numbers XT-2523-2 and XT-2523-8 and confirmed that the smartphone will be a 4G LTE connectivity-supported device. But information about other specifications including the processor, camera, and display is still unclear. More details are surely going to come up as we approach the official release date.
If we take a glance at the Moto E14, the predecessor to the upcoming E15, we can anticipate some upgrades in the performance department as well. Moto E14 was introduced in June 2024 with a Unisoc T606 processor, a 6.56-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging. It featured a 13MP main camera and a 5MP selfie camera. Given these details, the Moto E15 is expected to come with a more powerful processor, offering enhanced performance compared to its predecessor.
