After making its appearance on the Geekbench platform, 91mobiles has now got its hand on the exclusive renders and specifications of the Honor Magic 7 Lite, thanks to tipster Sudhanshu. The phone is expected to launch soon, following the release of the Honor Magic 7 and Magic 7 Pro in China in October. So, here’s everything we know about the Honor Magic 7 Lite.
Honor Magic 7 Lite: Specs, Features, and Design Leaked Ahead of Launch
Honor Magic 7 Lite surfaces with a curved front and narrow bezels along with a pill-shaped cut out to accommodate the front camera. The volume and power buttons are on the right edge with the speaker venting in the top section. The USB Type-C port, SIM tray, microphone, and speaker vents are at the bottom edge. The back also has curved edges, with a large circular camera module housing the main sensors and an LED flash. “Matrix 108MP sensor” is engraved within the camera layout. The device will be available in Pink and Grey colorways.
The Magic 7 Lite features a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 2700 x 1224 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, also the same display size as the Magic 6 Lite. It is also based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC under the hood, just like the predecessor. Pal I/O configuration—then move on to 4G-powered internals—8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, an upgrade of the Magic6 Lite which has an 8GB/256GB model. It will likely boot Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0.
For cameras, the Magic 7 Lite may include a 108MP main camera with f/1.75 and OIS, along with a 5MP wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture. The front could feature a 16MP camera with f/2.45 for selfies. It could also house a 6,600mAh battery with 66W fast charging, up from the 5,300mAh battery and 35W charging of the Magic 6 Lite. It should be 162.8 x 75.5 x 7.98 mm in size and weigh 189 grams.
As for connectivity, the phone will support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C, and dual SIM. Other key features include an under-display fingerprint sensor and dual stereo speakers. The Magic 7 Lite scored 934 in the single-core test and 2768 in the multi-core test on Geekbench. The launch date still lacks confirmation, but considering that the Magic 6 Lite was introduced in January, you can expect a similar timeframe for the Magic 7 Lite. The phone’s availability in India remains unclear, as the predecessor did not launch in the country.
