Redmi has finally launched its Redmi Note 9 5G and Note 9 Pro 5G in China. If we check the pricing, these phones fall into the category of the mid-range segment. So, without wasting any time, let’s just get into the specifications of the Redmi Note 9 and Note 9 Pro 5G one by one.
Redmi Note 9 5G:
The Redmi Note 9 5G runs on the Android 10 OS and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset. Regarding the display, this phone offers a 6.53-inch Full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) IPS LCD display having a standard refresh rate. This phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Dimensity 800U chipset of this phone is paired with two different RAM (6GB/8GB) and two different internal storage (128GB/256GB) variants. The Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G runs the MIUI 12 which is based on the Android 10 OS and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset. Regarding the display, this phone offers a 6.67-inch Full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) IPS LCD display with a refresh of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. This phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The SD 750G chipset of this phone is paired with two different RAM (6GB/8GB) and two different internal storage (128GB/256GB) variants. Now coming to the camera section, this phone offers a quad rear camera module which includes a 108 MP wide-angle primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, a 2 MP macro, and a 2 MP depth sensor. For selfies, this phone has a 16MP selfie snapper at the front.
